Ron has also been in non-profit management and consulting for over 20 years. With this experience, he uses his non-profit skills in developing the Kultura Ng Balisong organization. His focus with the KNB organization is to preserve the balisong culture by developing a balisong NGO that can build the balisong community and spread the culture. His goal with developing the KNB balisong system is to explore the different ways that a balisong can move and to develop a structured curriculum to teach the system.
